Worthy of its popularity as a comfort food in Thailand, roadside stall woks sizzle, creating this quick and easy to prepare meal. Its success comes from stir-frying broad rice noodles, choice cuts of meat and an authentic & tasty blend of soy sauces and fragrant Thai spices.

Serving Suggestion


  1. Prepare noodles according to pack and set aside.
  2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok, toss in meat/seafood and cook until sealed, move to side.
  3. Add eggs and scramble for 1 minute.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender, then add noodles.
  5. Pour in sauce and stir-fry contents until noodles are heated through.
  6. Garnish with bean sprouts and serve immediately.

What You'll Need

  • 150g of your choice of Meat or Seafood
  • Half Onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch Chinese Broccoli, sliced
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 200g dry Flat Rice Noodles
  • Garnish: half cup Bean sprouts (optional)

Chef's Note

Also great with a mix of meat, prawns and tofu. Serve with lime wedges.
