Serving Suggestion

Method

  1. Seal meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan
  2. Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
  3. Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are tender (20 mins for vegetables or chicken, longer for red meats)
  4. Serve with steamed basmati rice.

What You'll Need

  • 1kg of Diced Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Seafood or Vegetables.
  • 500g (2 cups) of Basmati Rice.
  • Optional: 150ml Cream.

Chef's Note

For that extra rich restaurant flavour, try drizzling cream over your dish just before serving. Serve with chapattis to soak up the sauce.
