Try Our NEW Passage to Asia Stir-Fry and Simmer Sauces!

Our three delicious new Asian stir-fry sauces allow you to create some of your favourite takeout dishes at home in just 20 minutes! Try our Malaysian Rendang Simmer Sauce, Cantonese Beef Stir-Fry Sauce or Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce for dinner this week. Mildly spiced and packed with flavour, these new Asian sauces are sure to become fast favourites.

Just like the rest of the Passage to Asia Stir-Fry and Simmer Sauce Range, these authentic new sauces are gluten free and made with no artificial colours or flavours and no added MSG.

Malaysian Rendang: To use our Passage to Asia Malaysian Rendang simmer sauce, just add one tablespoon of oil to a wok over a medium heat, then add 400g of sliced or diced beef and stir-fry until seared. Pour in the simmer sauce and cook with the lid on for 20 minutes. Add in 100g of coconut cream and stir through until bubbling. Serve with cooked Jasmine rice and garnish with steamed snow peas and finely sliced onion. This sauce is vegan-friendly so feel free to switch out the protein for a plant-based alternative like tempeh!

Sweet & Sour: To use our Passage to Asia Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce, add two tablespoons of oil to a wok on a high heat, then add in 300g of diced chicken or beef and sear for about 3 minutes. Add in one cup of your favourite vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add in 50 grams of diced pineapple and the stir fry sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Serve with cooked rice and top with sesame seeds and finely chopped fresh pineapple. This sauce is vegan-friendly – try switching out chicken for a plant-based chicken alternative like Quorn chicken-style pieces for a meat-free Monday meal!

Cantonese Beef: To use our Passage to Asia Cantonese Beef Stir-Fry Sauce, add one tablespoon of oil to a wok over a medium heat and add 500g of sliced beef and sear. Add one cup of sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes then add the stir-fry sauce and cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve with cooked rice and top with fresh coriander.
