Method

  1. Combine the whole packet of curry paste (150g) and 8 heaped tbsp of yoghurt in a large bowl and mix until smooth (add more or less yoghurt to your liking).
  2. Add chicken to bowl and mix through. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours (leave overnight for a fuller flavour).
  3. BBQ or Grill the marinated meat pieces until the meat is thoroughly cooked.

  • 800g Chicken Strips or Scored Drumsticks
  • 8 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 packet (150g) Passage to India Tandoori Curry Paste

Chef's Note

Serve with lemon wedges and naan bread.
