Serving Suggestion

Method

  1. Prepare noodles according to pack and set aside.
  2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok, when hot toss meat/seafood and cook until sealed.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add noodles.
  4. Pour in stir-fry sauce and stir through until noodles are heated through.
  5. Serve immediately.

What You'll Need

  • 200g of your choice of Meat or Seafood
  • 1 cup Sliced Vegetables – carrot, onion, bean sprouts, capsicum
  • 200g dry Rice Vermicelli Noodles

Chef's Note

Also great with a mix of meat, prawns and tofu. Serve garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
