Serving Suggestion


  1. Fry diced onion in 1tbsp of oil until golden.
  2. Turn heat to high, add 800g of diced meat or vegetables and cook until sealed on all sides.
  3. Add all of the packet (150g) of Rogan Josh curry paste and stir through. Add crushed tomatoes (200g). Reduce heat to simmer.
  4. Simmer with lid on until tender (30 minutes for red meats, 20 minutes for chicken or vegetables).
  5. Remove the lid, stir and simmer for a further 20 minutes.

  • 800g Diced Meat (Lamb, Chicken, Beef or Vegetables)
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 200g Crushed Canned Tomatoes (1/2 a can)
  • 1 Packet (150g) Rogan Josh Curry Paste

Chef's Note

Drizzle with 2 tbsp yoghurt and serve with steamed basmati rice.
