Mild but sensational Massaman Curry – authentic & tasty! A mild creamy Thai curry, exotic & tangy. Just add meat, vegetables and coconut milk.

Serving Suggestion


  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add diced meat and cook on high until sealed, then add diced potatoes.
  2. Add simmer sauce and mix well.
  3. Cover and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until meat and potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and bring back to a simmer.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed Jasmine Rice.

  • 600g Diced Beef
  • 2 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Can (400mL) Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cups steamed Jasmine Rice

Chef's Note

Serve with roti bread and a garnish of fresh coriander leaves and wedges of lime.
