Serving Suggestion

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a medium pan
  2. Add meat and stir fry until seared
  3. Pour simmer sauce, cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes
  4. Add the coconut cream and stir through until bubbling
  5. Serve with cooked jasmine rice
