Serving Suggestion


  1. Fry onion in 2 tbsp of oil until golden.
  2. Turn heat to high, add diced meat or vegetables and cook until sealed on all sides.
  3. Add the whole packet (150g) of curry paste and stir through with the coconut milk. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer with lid on until tender (20 minutes for chicken or veg, longer for red meats).
  5. Remove the lid, stir and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

  • 800g Diced Meat (Chicken, Beef, Lamb) or Vegetables
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 100ml Coconut Milk

Chef's Note

Drizzle with yoghurt and serve with steamed basmati rice.
