Honey and Soy

A sweet and salty Chinese favourite. Just add meat and vegetables.

Serving Suggestion


  1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
  2. Add your choice of meat or seafood, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
  5. Serve with steamed long-grain rice or noodles.

  • 600g sliced Chicken -Also great with Beef, pork, vegetables or Seafood
  • cup mixed Vegetables – Snow Peas & Sliced Carrot
  • 1 cup Asian green vegetables - Chinese broccoli, bok choy
  • 2 cups steamed long grain rice or noodles
