A Sweet and tangy Chinese classic. A wonderful addition to chicken for a family-friendly dinner. Better yet, marinate beef skewers and barbecue for an easy entertainer.

Serving Suggestion


1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
2. Add your choice of meat or seafood, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
4. Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
5. Serve with steamed Long grain rice or noodles.

  • 600g sliced Chicken (Also great with Beef, pork, vegetables or Seafood)
  • 1 cup asian green Vegetables - Chinese Broccoli & Bok Choy
  • 1 cup mixed Vegetables – sliced Carrots & Snow peas
  • 2 cups of steamed LONG GRAIN rice or noodles

Chef's Note

chef’s TIP: Replace meat with cubes of firm Tofu for a vegan alternative.
