Serving Suggestion


  1. Seal meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan
  2. Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
  3. Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are fully cooked and tender (20 minutes for vegetables or chicken, longer for red meats)
  4. Serve with steamed basmati rice

What You'll Need

  • 1kg of Diced Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Seafood or Veggies
  • 500g or 2 Cups of Cooked Basmati Rice To Serve
  • 150ml of Cream Optional

Chef's Note

For that extra rich restaurant flavour, drizzle cream over your dish just before serving, and serve with chapatis or soak up the sauce.
