Serving Suggestion

Method

  1. Fry diced onion in 2 tbsp of oil until golden.
  2. Turn heat to HIGH, add 800g diced meat or vegetables and cook until sealed on all sides.
  3. Add the whole packet (150g) of curry paste and stir through. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer with lid on until tender (20 mins for chicken or vegetables, longer for red meats).
  5. Remove the lid, stir and simmer for a further 10 mins.

Chef's Note

Drizzle with cream and serve with steamed basmati rice.
