A medium spiced rich tomato based curry sauce. Just add meat or vegetables

Serving Suggestion


  1. Seal meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan
  2. Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
  3. Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are tender (20 mins for vegetables or chicken, longer for red meats)
  4. Serve with steamed basmati rice

What You'll Need

  • 1kg of Diced Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Seafood or Vegetables.
  • 500g (2 cups) of Basmati Rice.
  • Optional: 150ml of natural yoghurt

Chef's Note

Love the flavour but want it hotter? Add chopped fresh chilli when searing the meat. Then serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt on the side to cool your palate
