Serving Suggestion

Method

  1. In a wok or medium sized pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over high heat
  2. Add in your chosen meat and sear for about 3 minutes
  3. Add in the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes
  4. Add in pineapple chunks and stir-fry sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes
  5. Serve with cooked rice

  • 300g Diced Chicken Thigh or Pork Tenderloin Cut Into 2cm Cubes
  • 150g Diced Green Or Red Capsicum
  • 75g Onion Cut Into 3cm Cubes
  • 75g Carrot Cut Into 2cm Sticks
  • 50g Pineapple Chunks (optional)
  • Cooked Rice To Serve

Chef's Note

For that extra crunch & tang, sprinkle over sesame seeds and add finely chopped fresh pineapple.
