Sticky Beef Ribs

Serves 4

1 x 500ml Passage Asian Master Stock
1 cup BBQ Sauce
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Dark brown Sugar
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2kg Short Beef Ribs

To Garnish:
2 sweet Red Chilli’s finely sliced
2 Green Chilli’s, finely sliced
3 Spring Onions, finely sliced
5cm Ginger, peeled & finely sliced
1 Tblsp Oil
Lime wedges to serve
